Performance

Sodium percarbonate is a highly environmentally friendly, high-performance, low-temperature oxygen-based bleaching agent. Due to its excellent bleaching and sterilizing properties, as well as its good water solubility, it has been widely used in various industrial and consumer products. Sodium percarbonate also features low toxicity, low odor, and environmental friendliness. It is an inorganic salt, appearing as white granules or a white powder. Its aqueous solution is alkaline and can decompose into sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide. Sodium carbonate can increase the pH value of water, improving bleaching and washing effects.

Uses

1. Increasingly replacing sodium perborate in the formulation of laundry detergent, color bleach, wood floor cleaner, carpet cleaner, descaling agent, bactericide, deodorizer, and other household and personal care products.

2. Can be made into various disinfectants and oxygenating agents for use in fishpond water oxygenation, industrial wastewater treatment, medical disinfection/first aid, etc.

3. Also used in pulp bleaching and textile printing and dyeing.
